What is your turnaround time for logo design projects?
Our typical turnaround time for the delivery of logo design concepts is less than 5 business days. If you have an urgent request, let us know and we may be able to expedite your designs.
When Can you start working on my logo design?
We can start working on your logo project as soon as you have selected your package, processed your payment and submitted your brief.
How many times will you revise/ edit my project?
Most of our packages come with unlimited revisions, which means we will keep making changes until you are 100% happy with your new logo.
What if I just don’t like the concepts?
As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not completely satisfied with the initial concepts, we will happily provide a new set of concepts free of charge. No questions asked.
May I send you my own sketches, logos, or mock ups?
Absolutely, we encourage you to send any information which will help us gain a better understanding of your project and what you would like.
Will my designs look like your samples?
All of the logo designs you see in our portfolio, as well as your logo designs will be produced by our amazing team at Creato. Each logo design is custom made to meet each client’s unique requirements.

Your final files package will include .JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .AI, and .PSD. We include vector files which can be scaled to any size without quality loss. We include high-res files and transparent files.
When the logo is completed, who owns the rights?
You own the complete rights to your logo design, Creato does not retain any copyright.
